摘要: 蒸汽转化制氢装置中有大量的低温余热未被利用而直接浪费,目前应用较多的低温热回收都是利用热水换热来回收余热。但是热水换热后的二次利用又受到季节因素影响。因此利用热水回收余热也有其本身的局限性。采用有机朗肯循环和蒸汽转化制氢技术,利用中变气的低温热蒸发有机工质,有机工质进入膨胀机对外做功。既降低了中变气的温度、减少了空冷器的数量,又通过膨胀剂对外做功发电大幅减小装置耗电从而降低了装置能耗

Abstract: A large amount of low temperature waste heat in SMR unit is wasted, and currently some refineries use hot water to recover this heat, but its secondary use is affected by seasons, so the low temperature heat recovered by hot water is not used widely. In this paper, Organic Rankine Cycle is combined with SMR unit, the low temperature heat of shift gas is used to evaporate the organic media, and the organic media is sent to the turbine for power generation, not only reducing the temperature of shift gas, but also reducing the number of air coolers. The power generated can be used to significantly reduce the power consumption of SMR unit, thus reducing the energy consumption of the unit.
